Terms and Conditions

Residential Service

  • Sydney’s Suds is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.

  • Customers are responsible for separating and labeling specialty items.

  • Sydney’s Suds is not responsible for non-washable items left in bags.

  • Sydney’s Suds reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.

  • Sydney’s Suds does not guarantee the removal of all stains.

  • Sydney’s Suds will keep all Customers information private.

  • Payment for laundry service must be made before the order is delivered.

  • Sydney’s Suds may reimburse the customer up to 5 times (5X) the cost to clean the garment if misplaced or damaged.

  • Sydney's Suds is not responsible for unpaid items left with Sydney’s Suds due to non-payment for more than 30 days.

  • Sydney's Suds is not responsible for and will not pay for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left unattended for pick-up or delivery, whether left by the Customer or Sydney's Suds.

  • Our minimum residential rate fee will be charged for missed appointments (Pickup or Delivery). If a customer is not available or if the load isn’t ready for the scheduled pickup or delivery, the customer must contact Sydney’s Suds at least an hour before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid being charged the minimal residential rate fee.

  • Missing or damaged items must be reported to Sydney’s Suds within 24 hours of delivery. Sydney’s Suds is not responsible for missing or damaged items not reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • 10% of the cost of the order will be charged if the order must be returned unprocessed for any reason.

  • If an order for next day service is placed on a Friday, that order will be returned on Monday since we are closed on weekends.

Commercial Service

  • Sydney’s Suds will establish a price per pound for each commercial account based on the needs of each company.

  • Sydney’s Suds will discontinue service if the agreed upon payment agreement is not adhered to. Sydney’s Suds will restart service after all payments have been satisfied.

  • Sydney’s Suds will charge our minimum commercial rate fee if we send our driver out for pick up even if the customer doesn’t have the load ready to be picked up, if a customer doesn’t have a load to be picked up according to the predetermined schedule, the customer must contact Sydney’s Suds at least an hour before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid being charged the minimum fee.
