Terms and Conditions

Sydney’s Suds is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.
Customers are responsible for separating laundry and labeling specialty items.
Sydney’s Suds is not responsible for non washable items left in bags.
Sydney’s Suds reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
Sydney’s Suds does not guarantee removal of all stains.
Sydney’s Suds will keep all customers information private.
Sydney’s Suds reimburses the customer up to 5 times (5X) the cost to clean the garment in the first place if damaged. For example, a shirt that cost $5.00 to be serviced would be reimbursable up to $25.00. The limit for reimbursement of any single garment is $50.
Payment for service will be paid upon delivery or prior to if the customer is not available during delivery. No Personal Checks
Storage fee $25.00 per week.
Sydney's Suds is not responsible for unpaid items left in storage for more than 30 days.
Sydney's Suds is not responsible for and shall not pay for any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick-up or delivery, whether left by Customer or Sydney's Suds.
A $15.00 fee will be applied for missed appointments (pickup and delivery).
Missing or damaged items must be reported to Sydney’s Suds within 24 hours of delivery. Sydney’s Suds is not responsible for missing or damaged items not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A 10% or $25.00 fee will be charged if the order has to be returned unprocessed for any reason.
