Terms and Conditions



Sydney’s Suds is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.


Customers are responsible for separating laundry and labeling specialty items.


Sydney’s Suds is not responsible for non-washable items left in bags.


Sydney’s Suds reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.


Sydney’s Suds does not guarantee the removal of all stains.


Sydney’s Suds will keep all Customers information private.


Sydney’s Suds will reimburse the customer up to 5 times (5X) the cost to clean the garment if misplaced or damaged. For example, a shirt that cost $5.00 to be serviced would be reimbursable up to $25.00. The limit for reimbursement of any single garment is $50.


Payment for service will be paid prior to processing.


There is a storage fee of $25.00 per week for items left at Sydney's Suds.


Sydney's Suds is not responsible for unpaid items left in storage for more than 30 days.


Sydney's Suds is not responsible for and will not pay for any lost, damaged or stolen items left unattended for pick-up or delivery, whether left by the Customer or Sydney's Suds.


A $15.00 fee will be applied for missed appointments (Pickup or Delivery).


Missing or damaged items must be reported to Sydney’s Suds within 24 hours of delivery. Sydney’s Suds is not responsible for missing or damaged items not reported within 24 hours of delivery.


A 10% or $25.00 fee will be charged if the order must be returned unprocessed for any reason.
